King Oyster, also known as Eryngii is a mushroom that grows on a sawdust substrate to which mycelium is added. As soon as they start to germinate, the substrate package must be opened so that they can grow fully. When they reach the right size, they collected by hand.

King Oyster is very tasty, it contains protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, we can very easily create delicious dishes and it is an excellent substitute for meat.
