To cancel an order that has already been delivered to you you must fill out the form below with all the details. Orders are canceled and changed only if there is an error in the order on our behalf. This must be done strictly within 14 days of order delivery.

If we approve the return or change, the products must be in excellent condition and must be accompanied by the relevant retail sales receipt or invoice. The process of returning the products is at your own risk and therefore must be repackaged very carefully. If the return shipping is charged by us then the package with the products is sent with the same courier that you received it and we cooperate. If you cover the shipping you choose whichever courier you want, as long as the products are returned intact.
